After finding myself a single mother and beginning anew, I was no longer sure what my own needs and wants were.
Then I heard the question "What DO I Want?
I was so exhausted. Filled with the shame, guilt, unworthiness of wanting something more, something I would crave but could not put into words.
I had overwhelming amounts of self-judgment and selfishness of wanting to break away. I was caught up in the push and pull in my fears of wanting acceptance, stability, and freedom to embrace my own uniqueness.
Deep within me, I knew I was the catalyst for my own transformation.
I took a leap of faith and began the journey of stepping out of my comfort zone. Over the years I have partnered with a multitude of spiritual mentors and coaches and was finally able to embody the essence of myself and harness my own intuition.
This was a catalyst into exploring and I have not looked back. This journey of unlearning negative habits, limiting beliefs, and co-creating a purposeful vision has changed how I show up as authentic, vulnerable, and not restricting my vision.
In 2007 I developed as a Lean Sensei and Leadership Coach, where I’ve taught hundreds of passion-driven leaders how to design experimental transformational processes and servant leadership through programs, as well as energy healing sessions and one-on-one coaching.
Over the past 15 years, I have designed and facilitated scores of improvement events and projects of my own — not to mention the scores of empowered women leaders who stepped into an even greater version of themselves! So truly, there’s NOTHING that I haven’t seen in the transformation process!
